Shipping policy

1. DISPATCH TIMELINES

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and dispatched from our distribution centres within 1–3 business days.

  • Pre-Orders: Dispatch timelines for pre-order items are specified on the product page.

2. NATIONWIDE DELIVERY (ESTIMATED) We utilize premium freight partners including Mainfreight, Toll, and NZ Post to deliver nationwide.

  • Standard Delivery: 2 – 5 Business Days

  • Rural / Remote: Please allow an additional 2 – 4 days.

3. HEAVY FREIGHT & CURBSIDE DELIVERY (IMPORTANT)

  • Curbside Delivery Only: Due to health and safety regulations, freight drivers are not permitted to enter your home or carry items into your backyard/gym room.

  • Drop-Off Point: The driver will unload the pallet to the safest accessible point on your driveway or curbside.

  • Assistance Required: We strongly recommend having a second person available to help you move the equipment into your property once the driver departs.

4. RURAL & ISLAND SHIPPING Our standard shipping rates cover metro and standard residential areas.

  • Rural Charges: Extremely remote rural addresses may incur a surcharge. If this applies to your order, we will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm

  • Islands (Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stewart Island): We deliver to the nearest mainland ferry terminal. Onward shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order is collected by the carrier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery.

6. DAMAGES IN TRANSIT Please inspect the packaging before signing the delivery docket.

  • If the box looks significantly damaged, please note "DAMAGED" on the driver's signature pad or refuse the delivery.

  • Take photos immediately and email us at FigureProjects@outlook.com so we can arrange a replacement with the carrier.
