Refund policy
Damages and Issues (Consumer Guarantees Act) We strictly adhere to the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will fix, replace, or refund any faulty hardware immediately.
Change of Mind Returns Due to the heavy and logistical nature of our performance hardware (Saunas, Racks, Machines), we do not accept returns for "change of mind" once the item has shipped. Please measure your space carefully before ordering to ensure the equipment fits your requirements.
Return Process To start a return for a damaged or faulty item, you can contact us at FigureProjects@outlook.com
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer without contacting us first, as they may be rejected by the warehouse.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if faulty), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
